In the opinion of CJSC "Audit-consulting group "Development of business-systems", the financial (accounting) statements of credit organization LLC CB "INCREDBANK" reflect reliably in all main relations the financial situation for the 31st of December 2005 and the results of its financial-economic activity during the period from the 1st of January till the 31st of December 2005 inclusive in accordance with the regulations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on preparation of financial (accounting) statements and the Directives of the Bank of Russia № 1270-V dated 14.04.2003 "On the statements of credit organizations and banking/consolidated groups to be published", № 1376-V dated 16.01.2004 "On the list of forms and order of drawing up and submitting forms of credit organizations statements to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" and № 1530-V dated 17.12.2004 "On the order of drawing up of annual accounting statement by credit organizations".
